JAM Properties is a family-run multifamily investment and management company based out of Redondo Beach, California.  It began acquiring and managing properties in 2009 and has since added a variety of apartments throughout Southern California to its portfolio.  With a “buy and hold” philosophy, JAM Properties takes a big picture, long-term approach to owning and operating real estate.  It is focused on maintaining the integrity of its properties and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for its tenants.
